If your model is in more than one LDR file you should add a build.ini file with the option 'main_ldr_file'.
The file that is the main module and includes all the other modules. After that you should zip all the files and upload it.
The format of the zip should be:
- Extraction-Instruction-BuildIn3d-Ldr-Format.zip--- Water_Core_Sample.ldr
--- Core_Site_Model.ldr
--- Gas_Core_Sample.ldr
--- Regolith_Core_Sample.ldr
--- Core_Site_Model_Axle.ldr
--- build.ini
